Doors open for General Admission and Hospitality guests at 15:30.

The pre-show is expected to begin at 16:30 and the event is due to end around 22:00.

All guests should use the colour zone shown on their ticket to locate the correct turnstile and entrance and follow steward directions on arrival.

Please arrive in plenty of time to allow for ticket checks and security screening.

If you are joining us as a hospitality guest for this event, please note the earlier opening time for arrival.

All Experiences by Wembley Stadium guests should enter via the Main Entrance (purple zone) and will be directed to the appropriate lounge on arrival. More here.

Entry from 13:45 via the Bobby Moore Entrance.

Challenger Package Holders
Entry from 14:15 via the Bobby Moore Entrance.

Fans will be able to purchase official AEW merchandise from a range of locations around Wembley Stadium, both outside and inside the venue.

There will be four merchandise units located along Olympic Way.

These will operate from 11:00 until show start.External concourse merchandise outlets will be located at Turnstiles B, D, P and M/N.

All external concourse locations will open from 12:00. Merchandise outlets at Turnstiles B, D and P will remain open until 30 minutes after the show ends, while the location at Turnstiles M/N will trade until 19:30.

Inside the stadium, merchandise kiosks will be available at:

Level 1: Bobby Moore Lounge, and Kiosks 108, 118, 128 and 137
Level 2: Kiosks 206, 218 and 248
Level 5: Kiosks 502, 509, 517 and 551

The Bobby Moore Lounge merchandise location will open from 13:30, Kiosk 248 will open from 14:00, and all remaining internal merchandise kiosks will open from 15:30. All internal kiosks will remain open until 30 minutes after the show ends.

Please note that all merchandise locations are cashless.

The East Village Fan Zone will be open from 14:30 to 18:30 on event day. Alcohol sales will stop at 18:00.

The Fan Zone is located to the east of the stadium and offers fans the opportunity to enjoy food, refreshments and the pre-event atmosphere before entering Wembley Stadium.

You will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter, and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone.

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

The event contains:

Strobe lighting effects
Pyrotechnics
Flame effects around the ring
Loud music and sound effects

Guests sensitive to these effects should consider this before attending.

There are currently no planned disruptions to either rail or road travel across the three shows. Should this change, we will keep you updated.

Since 2022 Brent Council, and its partners, have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for ALL events at Wembley Stadium. This is part of the current Public Spaces Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets for any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.

Everyone will be checked before entry so please ensure you’re not bringing anything you shouldn’t into Wembley Stadium.

Empty soft-plastic bottles are fine to bring into the stadium (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance), these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium.

Metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks inside the stadium will require card or contactless payments only.

Drinks are allowed in the pitch seating area but they must be decanted into a plastic cup beforehand. No bottles are allowed in the standing section. Free water will be available from water points at the side of the pitch.

There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. Please make sure to keep hydrated at the show.

We now have free water points on the external concourse area of the stadium. They are located between turnstiles G&F, J&H, M&N and B&C.

Standing guests will need to decant all drinks into a cup before they can enter the pitch. No bottles are allowed (including water) in the standing area.

Yes, we do issue bag exemptions for medical reasons. These must be submitted via our customer support portal in advance of the show.

There are two Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and Level 5 at Block 552. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team.

No. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to Wembley Stadium. No one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium.  Non ticket holders will be moved on.

The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance. We work closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium’s security protocols meet the highest standards.

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station – This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium – located around 400m (4-minute-walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services.

Wembley Central station – Located around 8 minutes away, this station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations.

Wembley Park station – Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9-minute walk) this station is served by Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.
