Quintain Estates
The Wembley Park Masterplan is one of Europe’s biggest regeneration projects. Over the next few years it will create over 6,000 homes for rent in the area around Wembley Stadium, as well as shops, workspaces, a new primary school and nursery, GP surgery and community meeting spaces.

Wembley has been home to the EFL promotion playoff finals since 1987 and also hosts the League Cup (currently known as the Carabao Cup) final in April.
