Coldplay : All you need to know

We’re excited to welcome you to Wembley Stadium connected by EE for the Coldplay Music Of The Spheres World Tour (12, 13, 16, 17, 20 & 21st August)

With high temperatures forecast, we would like to share some advice issued by the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) in advance of this weekend’s Coldplay concerts.

In addition to UKHSA advice, we also recommend the below

• Don’t arrive too early for the show – doors will not open until 5pm and we don’t advise sitting outside in the heat

• Bring a re-fillable plastic or aluminium water bottle (up to 500ml capacity). Wembley Stadium has water points throughout where you can refill

• Avoid overconsuming too much alcohol when in the venue. It will dehydrate you

• Wear light clothing to allow the air to circulate

• Wear a hat

• If you are feeling too hot, seek shade wherever you can

• Apply sunscreen

• If you feel ill or faint, seek help from the stadiums Customer Engagement or Medical teams

You are reminded that it may take longer to gain access to the stadium than on previous visits. We need your help with the below to get you into the stadium in a safe and timely manner.

When you have your ticket, check the COLOUR ZONE associated with your entry point to the stadium. Following the signage to this zone will ensure the most efficient ingress for you.

Remember that the stadium doors will open at 5pm for this show. The first support act will take to the stage at approximately 6pm. Coldplay will take to the stage at approximately 20:15. Please note that timings are subject to change

There's no last entry time for Coldplay, but we recommend you get there as close to doors as possible.

Food and drink

Aluminium reusable bottles and plastic reusable bottles are permitted inside the stadium provided these are empty upon arrival. They can be the filled inside the stadium using our free refillable water stations. We would actively discourage you bringing single use plastic bottles to the stadium.

You are not permitted to bring food inside the stadium.
