GENERAL INFORMATION

What time will the doors open, and what time will the concert start?

Box Office opens: 10am (show day only)
Wembley Stadium Gates Open: 16:30
BTS Showtime: 19:45 
Curfew: 22:30

What is the best way to get to the stadium? 

Wembley Park station is the closest Underground Station. You can find more information on transport here.

What time can I arrive at the Stadium? 

The Wembley areas has cafés and shops that will be open on the day of the show. Camping in the vicinity is PROHIBITED and anyone found in the areas overnight will be asked to leave. 

How can I find out where to go? 

To navigate to certain points on the estate, you can simply type its unique 3 word address into the free what3words app and tap ‘Get Directions’ to navigate there with your preferred navigation app, such as Google Maps, Navmii or Waze.

When will Official BTS Merchandise be available at Wembley?

Main Merchandise Opening Times

Friday 31 May – 9am – 8pm
Saturday 1 June – 9am – 10pm

All other merchandise and activations

There will be merchandise and Lightstick activation points throughout the stadium.

What are the Age Restrictions for the Show? 

Fans aged under 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18. 

Can I bring a camera to the show? 

No professional cameras, recording devices or lenses will be allowed in the stadium. Mobile phones are permitted, as are small personal cameras without interchangeable or telephoto lenses (this includes disposable cameras).

Can I bring a bag to the show? 

Bags larger than A4 are not permitted at the stadium, with the exception of official BTS merchandise shopping bags. There is more information on the Wembley Stadium bag policy here.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Do I need Photo ID to get into the stadium? 

It’s always safest to have Photo Identification on you. You will need the Credit or Debit card that purchased the ticket in order to collect a pre-purchased ticket at the box office.

Does the cardholder have to attend? 

No, however any box office resolutions will require ID or the card used to purchase the tickets.  If you don’t have either, then you’ll need a letter of authorization from the cardholder and a photocopy of the cardholder’s I.D.

What do I do if my ticket hasn’t arrived? 

If you haven’t received a ticket a week before the show, please contact your ticket agent.

What do I do if I have a problem with my ticket on the day?

You can visit the box office. Please note that we cannot guarantee entry for ANY tickets purchased through 3rd party resellers. Only tickets purchased through Ticketmaster or Wembley Stadium directly are guaranteed to be valid.

Will there be ticket sales on the day?

There may also be a small number of tickets available at the Wembley Box office on the day of the show.  

LIGHTSTICKS

What version of the lightstick will work?

You need Lightstick Version 3. You can purchase them on the show days.

Is this the same lightstick that was used at the O2 in London in October 2018?

Yes

Will batteries be sold onsite?

Yes

How do I pair my lightstick? 

There are two ways to pair your army bombs. 

1. Visit any paring booth in/outside of the venue with your ticket. 
2. You can also pair it with an app using the Bluetooth by yourself. Please click here for specific instruction.

How can I get a ticket?

BTS Studio survey was conducted to select winners for each city through a lottery among participants. We’ve already selected winners for the BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ in U.S / Sao Paulo, Europe. We are announcing the survey via BTS Official Twitter so please join us!

I have a ticket to the studio, can I bring my friends with me?

You may bring your friend in to take picture together but please note that it will print out only 1. 

I have questions about the BTS Studio, who can I contact?

Please contact the BTS Studio Facilitator on the concert site. 

OTHER FAN ACTIVATIONS

Can I bring a sign or banner? 

Signs up to A3 are permitted, but no poles or sticks are allowed. Signs may not have electronic, LED, or battery-operated elements.  

Can I bring extra banners to distribute to other fans? 

We recommend that fans organise sharing banners amongst themselves in advance. Please note all banners must comply with Wembley Stadium policy. Wembley Stadium and Live Nation will not permit a person to enter with large numbers of signs or banners. Please remember to treat your fellow fans respectfully, and not to litter.
