Saracens produce a very impressive victory beating Harlequins 40-19 at sunny Wembley Another glorious day at Wembley and another brilliant match played out under the arch. Despite Harlequins good early pressure in the first half Saracens were to see themselves go in to the break with a strong lead thanks to try’s from Chris Ashton, his sixth in 6 Wembley appearances, & Schalk Brits. Saracen’s continued to dominate the game during a tense second half and followed up with 2 more try’s which would secure them the match & a bonus point. Michael Rhodes was the first to go over the line followed by Alex Goode who broke free and put the ball down in the final minutes of the match. James Horwill did manage to get a try back for Harlequins but this proved no more than a consolation as the game finished 40-19 in Saracen’s favour.
