As part of the 50th anniversary of England’s World Cup win in 1966, The FA and Wembley Stadium will host the world premiere of ‘Bobby’ on the evening of Monday 23 May.
The 90-minute film recounts the story of triumph and tragedy behind one of football’s greatest heroes, Bobby Moore – the England skipper who lifted the World Cup trophy.
Hosting a movie premiere is a first for the stadium. A special screen will be installed on the pitch in front of the Royal Box, and seats will go on sale to the general public in the blocks around the players’ tunnel.
Tickets
Tickets are all priced at £15 and are on sale now here.
Doors
Doors will be open from 7.15pm on the night and the event will begin at 8.15pm.
