Wembley Stadium Tours Update - COVID19

While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Wembley Stadium, in light of the news and advice issued during the Prime Minister’s latest press conference and in the interest of the health and well-being of our visitors and staff, we have made the decision to temporarily close all Wembley Stadium Tours with immediate effect (Tuesday 17th March)

Guests who have pre-booked tickets through the Wembley Tours website please contact our customer services team on wembley.tours@wembleystadium.com to extend your ticket for a future date or to organise a refund.

All guests who have pre-booked via a trade third-party, please contact them directly. If you have pre-booked using Virgin Experience or Buy a Gift and wish to organise a refund please contact them directly. Alternatively, if you wish to reschedule your tour please contact our customer services team on wembley.tours@wembleystadium.com

Our phone lines are currently closed while we work to help those with existing bookings so please refer to our website for further updates on when we will be re-opening.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
