The Spice Girls brought their much-anticipated 2019 stadium reunion tour to a close last weekend, with three sell-out concerts at Wembley Stadium.

Emma, Geri, Mel C and Mel B performed to three sold out crowds, with a sea of celebrity faces also in the crowd, including Adele, Emma Stone and Holly Willoughby.

The band were accompanied by fireworks and confetti cannons as they performed hits which included Spice Up Your Life, Wannabe, Who Do You Think You Are, Viva Forever and 2 Become 1.

Staying true to their 90s roots, the quartet wore updated versions of the iconic outfits that propelled them to fame. Friday evening even saw Mel C swapping her sequin-clad gym wear for a Lionesses shirt to congratulate the team on their 1-0 win over Argentina earlier in the day.

Their final night at Wembley was brought to an emotional close, with the thought of saying Goodbye to their thousands of Wembley fans Too Much for Emma who was reduced to tears during Viva Forever and the band bringing their mothers and children on stage during the encore.

Spice Girls super fan Katie Watts attended the concert with friends and said: “I’ve grown up listening to the Spice Girls and this night was honestly one of the best nights of my life. We didn’t stop singing and dancing from the moment they got in stage – they were absolutely incredible. Girl power!”
