To celebrate Valentine’s day, we’re giving Wembley's Twitter followers the chance to win two VIP tickets for England’s next Euro 2016 Qualifier on 27 March 2015 against Lithuania at Wembley Stadium connected by EE.

To enter, all you need to do is tweet #ILOVEWEMBLEY to @Wembleystadium before 23:59 on Sunday 15 February 2015.

The winner will then be picked at random and informed at some point next week by direct message on Twitter so please remember to follow @Wembleystadium or we won't be able to contact you.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Prize Draw is Wembley National Stadium Limited, Wembley, London HA9 0WS (“WNSL”).
2. Entry into the Prize Draw is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering the Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Entrants must be based in the United Kingdom and must be aged at least 16 years of age on the Closing Date (as defined below). Employees of WNSL, any WNSL Group Company or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian before entering the Prize Draw.
4. To enter the Prize Draw you must have tweeted using the hashtag #IloveWembley between 5pm on Friday 13 February 2015 and 11.59pm on Sunday 15 February, 2015 (“Closing Date”) will be entered into the Prize Draw. Entries received after this Closing Date will not be processed.
5. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.

6. All entrants into the Prize Draw confirm, by entering the Prize Draw, that they have the right to submit the tweet used to enter the Prize Draw in accordance with these terms and conditions and that WNSL may use any aspect of their entry for any reason (including but not limited to publicity and promotional purposes). Entrants automatically assign all rights in any entry to WNSL. All entrants into the Prize Draw waive any moral rights they may have in relation to their entry.
7. Maximum one entry per Twitter account.

8. WNSL does not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.

9. The winner will be selected at random on or before 5.00 p.m. on Monday 16 February 2015 and, if under the age of 18, must be accompanied by an adult.
10. There will be one prize for the Prize Draw.
11. The winner of the prize will be entitled to two (2) x VIP tickets to the up-coming England v Lithuania at Wembley Stadium on 27 March 2015 (the “Prize”).
12. In order for WNSL to provide tickets for the Prize, the winner must provide their first name, last name, postal address, contact telephone number and email address when this is requested, otherwise their entry will be invalid.

13. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance with WNSL by 5.00 p.m. on Friday 20 February 2015 in order to claim the Prize.

14. WNSL has the right to select an alternative winner or substitute winner which shall be the next participant that is selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if: (i) a winner is ineligible to enter the Prize Draw or their entry is or becomes invalid (ii) WNSL is unable to reach a winner within the timeframe outlined above (iii) the winner does not wish to accept the Prize.

15. WNSL shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.

16. WNSL reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any entry which it considers does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw, including providing false or misleading information.

17. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

18. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prize (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside WNSL’s control, WNSL reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Travel and accommodation are not included in  the Prize and WNSL accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize which is not specifically included in the Prize including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, insurance and travel expenses in connection with the Prize. The winner is strictly prohibited from selling their Prize to any other person.

19. The Prize Draw winner agrees to comply with the conditions of entry applicable at Wembley  Stadium at which the tour is hosted, and shall ensure that those attending with them do so. Entrants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by WNSL may be excluded from the Prize Draw or required to leave the stadium.

20. No winner can be subject to any Football Banning Order or equivalent court order and/or criminal conviction which restricts their ability to attend matches and/or makes them unsuitable to accept the prize. Any winner subject to such an order or conviction at the time of the match will not be able to receive the Prize and will be treated as having been disqualified from the Prize Draw. Such decision shall be at the reasonable discretion of WNSL and will be final.
21. We will use the information that entrants provide to process the Prize Draw and if an entrant is a winner we may publish their name and town of residence on WNSL’s website and we may require them to participate in publicity. The winner of any prize may be required for promotional activity by WNSL. We may send entrants information from time to time about WNSL, The FA Group and other related stadium matters and shall process your information in accordance with WNSL’s Privacy Policy, which you are deemed to accept when entering the Prize Draw.
22. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Prize Draw except with the prize winner.
23. WNSL accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage) injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw, not being able to enter into the Prize Draw or accepting any prize. WNSL further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the Prize Draw. Nothing shall exclude the liability of WNSL for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of that party's negligence.

24. In no event shall WNSL or its Group Company’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the price of the Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, this Prize Draw and the Prize are provided "as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

25. WNSL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

26. If any of these Clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining Clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

27. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.

28. Full details of the prize and the name of the Prize Draw winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address to: WNSL, Wembley Stadium, PO Box 1966, London SW1P 9EQ.

29. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
