Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

A bag drop facility is available outside the Ibis Hotel. Please note there is a charge for this service. 

There are currently no planned disruptions to either rail or road travel throughout the 12-show run. Should this change, we will keep you updated.

Since 2022 Brent Council, and its partners, have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for ALL events at Wembley Stadium. This is part of the current Public Spaces Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets for any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.

Official merchandise will be available at various locations in and around the stadium, including a dedicated store on Samovar Space, located close to the bottom of the Olympic steps. There will also be a second Merchandise hub on the East side of the Stadium concourse, within the East Fan Village.

These areas will open at 10:00am on every event day and close at 08:00pm.

Merchandise kiosks will also be operating inside the stadium. Please note, everything at the venue is cashless.

Please plan to arrive in Daylight on the day of the event as overnight camping is not permitted at the venue.

Wembley Stadium is situated in a residential area. Therefore, we kindly ask that only those with tickets turn up to the stadium to avoid disruption and keep everything As it Was for the local residents and businesses.

To support with the safe entry and exit of everyone within the stadium, no one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium.

Non ticket holders will be moved on.

Standing guests - please refer to the colour zone on your ticket to get you to the correct queuing ramp.

Seated guests - please refer to the colour zone on your ticket to get you to the correct turnstile.

The quickest route to your entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone.

Please note, additional ticket checks will be in operation at points in and around the stadium prior to entry. Please have your tickets ready to show stewards when asked.

Everyone will be checked before entry so please ensure you’re not bringing anything you shouldn’t into Wembley Stadium.

For Capital Summertime Ball we have put in place a dedicated pick up and drop off point for parents / guardians not attending the concert.

Please use Hannah Close/Carey Way as the dedicated pick up / drop off points for taxis/Uber.

Please be aware there is no parking at this site, and it should be used for short term pick up/drop off only.

NOTE: Hannah close will be one way only after the event.

There is a dedicated fan zone for all Harry fans on the East Side of the stadium.

East Village offers guests the chance to enjoy food and drink (including alcohol) and get their hands on merch, while listening to your favourite Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally songs.

It is the perfect place to soak up the pre-event party atmosphere with fellow fans.

The fan zone will be open from 14:00 and close at 19:30.

Fans will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter, and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone.

The stadium will open at the following times for all dates. Please note, overnight camping is not permitted at the venue.

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks inside the stadium will require card or contactless payments only.

Drinks are allowed in the standing area but they must be decanted into a plastic cup beforehand. No bottles are allowed in the standing section. Free water will be available from water points at the side of the pitch.

There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. Please make sure to keep hydrated at the show.

We now have free water points on the external concourse area of the stadium. They are located between turnstiles G&F, J&H, M&N and B&C.

Empty soft-plastic bottles are fine to bring into the stadium (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance), these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium.

Metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

All purchased food and drink can be taken inside the stadium bowl.

Standing guests will need to decant all drinks into a cup before they can enter the pitch. No bottles are allowed (including water) in the standing area.

You cannot bring food or drink from the outside into the stadium with the exception of a small plastic bottle to refill inside. (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance).

Yes, we do issue bag exemptions for medical reasons. These must be submitted via our customer support portal in advance of the show.

There are two Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and Level 5 at Block 552. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team.

If you are lost, anxious, feeling unwell or just need help then please find your nearest steward who will be able to assist. We also have Customer Service information points on every level of the stadium where you can speak to a member of our team.

No one under the age of 5 is allowed into the stadium for this event. Anyone between the age of 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult. No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the pitch standing areas.

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station – This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium – located around 400m (4-minute-walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services.

Wembley Central station – Located around 8 minutes away, this station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations.

Wembley Park station – Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9-minute walk) this station is served by Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

National Express is the official coach partner to Wembley Stadium. National Express drop off at the stadium from over 50 locations around the UK making it the easiest and most convenient way to travel to Wembley. Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.

There will be multiple ticket checks and security searches in place on the day, including the perimeter of the stadium and near the turnstiles, so we encourage fans to arrive at the stadium 60-90 minutes before the event starts to allow enough time to assist with the security protocols. 

All events at Wembley Stadium have a strong police presence, and search dogs with handlers will also be patrolling around the stadium to identify and apprehend anyone with illegal or prohibited items, including pyrotechnics and banned substances. 

Once you enter the stadium, you will not be able to leave and re-enter.

There are 310 places for wheelchair users, each with with a personal assistant / companion seat. We also have seats for guests with access requirements who do not need a wheelchair user bay. This includes guests with visual or hearing impairment, or guests with other non-visible disabilities.  

The stadium also provides a range of services for guests with specialist access requirements, including a shuttle service from Wembley Park station. More information can be found here.

 Wembley Stadium has two dedicated sensory and inclusion rooms for use on event days. Each room has space for 12 guests and are suitable for guests with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment, or other sensory conditions. More information on how to book the Sensory Rooms can be found here. 

There are lifts and escalators to all spectator levels of the stadium. Dedicated lifts are are big enough for two wheelchair users, personal assistants and an attendant is also available at every entrance. To access your entrance on level 1 outer concourse, there are two large lifts either side of the main entrance, which is situated under the Olympic steps in front of the stadium at ground level. Our customer engagement team will be able to assist accessing lifts.

Please note, for events that have pitch access, such as concerts and boxing, this is level B1 and cannot be accessed via lifts.

There are 147 accessible toilets within the stadium. These are all accessed by RADAR key. If you do not own a RADAR key, please request assistance from a steward or member of the customer engagement team. 

There are three changing places units int the stadium, located on level 1 at block 104 and another at block 143 and another on the fourth floor near our West Sensory Room box at box 4007. If you require access, please speak to a member of the customer engagement team who will be able to assist.

Trained stewards and staff members are on hand to assist guests with all access requirements. Our customer engagement team can be located at information desks across levels 1, 2 & 5.
