Is there a dress code?
As the hospitality lounges are a neutral tier, team shirts and colours are not permitted during club matches. However they are permitted during international fixtures.
What time will hospitality doors open?
For Football events doors typically open three hours before kick off (subject to change). For concerts this will depend on what day of the week the show is taking place.
Is there an age limit in hospitality?
Yes, for concerts it is only children aged five and over, for sport events it is aged three and over.

Which entrance do I use?
All hospitality and Private Box tickets will enter through either the Wembley Stadium Main Entrance (in the purple zone) or the Bobby Moore Entrance (in the yellow zone). These are both located at the front of the stadium and are clearly signposted.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No- tickets can be scanned straight from a mobile device.
