Hospitality doors open at 17:00 for all three show nights 

The support act comes out at  18:30 on Friday 4 September, 18:00 on Sunday 6 September and 18:30 on Wednesday 9 September

There’s no specific dress code for hospitality, so come ready to enjoy the show!

Whether you’re wearing your favourite rock outfit, your Bon Jovi merch or keeping it casual, the choice is yours. We recommend dressing comfortably and checking the weather before you travel, so you’re ready for an unforgettable night at Wembley Stadium.

All hospitality guests must enter the stadium via either entrance stated on your ticket

Main entrance - Ground Level (B2), located behind the steps facing Olympic Way.

Bobby Moore Entrance – Level 1, located by the Bobby Moore statue.

Fans will be able to purchase official official merchandise from a range of locations around Wembley Stadium, both outside and inside the venue.

Inside the stadium, merchandise kiosks will be available in:

Diamond package (One Twenty) and Gold package (Bobby Moore)

Private Box guests can access the level 2 concourse to purchase merchandise, or use the 'deliver to box' service upon arrival.

Level 2 merchandise kiosks: Blocks 206, 218 and 248

Internal merchandise locations will open from doors.

All internal kiosks will remain open until 30 minutes after the show ends.

Please note that all merchandise locations are cashless.

There will be four merchandise units located along Olympic Way.

No - tickets can be scanned straight from a mobile device.

Upon entry, if you show your ticket to a member of staff you will be guided to the correct lounge or box.

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

Guests are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disappointment or delay. Please allow sufficient time to walk to and enter the stadium.

• Check the weather before you go and dress accordingly.
• Leave plenty of time for your journey and plan ahead. The same for your return journey home.
• Read all the information provided and take note of what you can and can’t do.
• It’s going to be busy. Be aware of your surroundings and respectful to others.

Yes, different members of your group can arrive at different times and they will be able to scan their tickets individually as they arrive, please ensure everyone has their own valid tickets accessible on their mobile device or printed off.
