Doors open for General Admission at 17:00 and the show start time is 18:15.

NOTE: Times are 30 minutes earlier for the show on Sunday, 16 August. Doors open for General Admission at 16:30 and the show start time is 17:45.

Standing guests should refer to the colour zone shown on their ticket and follow directional signage to the appropriate queuing ramp.

Gold Circle standing guests will be directed to the relevant access points upon arrival.

Seated guests should use the colour zone on their ticket to identify the correct turnstile.

Please arrive in plenty of time to allow for ticket checks and security screening.

VIP Early Entry package holders should monitor communications from their ticket provider for arrival instructions and check-in times.

With warm weather expected all guests are reminded to:

Stay hydrated
Take regular breaks in shaded areas
Wear sun cream
Use the free water fountains available on all levels of the stadium including the pitch area
Dress accordingly. Wear loose, breathable clothing and consider head covering / hat

Fans will be able to purchase official The Weeknd merchandise from a range of locations around Wembley Stadium, both outside and inside the venue.

Merchandise units located along Olympic Way will operate from 12:00 on Friday 14 August and from 11:00 on Saturday 15 August and Sunday 16 August, until the start of the show. 

Merchandise stalls will also be operating inside the stadium on all levels once doors open and will close 30 minutes after the show ends.

Please note that all merchandise locations are cashless.

Situated on the east of the stadium is our food and drink zone where concert goers can join fellow fans to soak up the pre-show atmosphere prior to entering the stadium.

East Village will be open between 15:00 and 19:00 on show nights 14,15,18 & 19 August.

For the performance on Sunday 16 August the Fan Zone will open 30 minutes earlier at 14:30 and close at 18:30.

You will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter, and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone.

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

The show contains:

Flashing lights, Strobe effects, Laser effects, Pyrotechnics, Flame effects, Loud music and sound effects and LED wristband effects.

Guests sensitive to these effects should consider this before attending.

There are currently no planned disruptions to either rail or road travel across the three shows. Should this change, we will keep you updated.

Since 2022 Brent Council, and its partners, have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for ALL events at Wembley Stadium. This is part of the current Public Spaces Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets for any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.

Everyone will be checked before entry so please ensure you’re not bringing anything you shouldn’t into Wembley Stadium.

Empty soft-plastic bottles are fine to bring into the stadium (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance), these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium.

Metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks inside the stadium will require card or contactless payments only.

Drinks are allowed in the standing area but they must be decanted into a plastic cup beforehand. No bottles are allowed in the standing section. Free water will be available from water points at the side of the pitch.

There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. Please make sure to keep hydrated at the show.

We now have free water points on the external concourse area of the stadium. They are located between turnstiles G&F, J&H, M&N and B&C.

There are two Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and Level 5 at Block 552. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team.

No one under the age of 5 is allowed into the stadium for this event. Anyone between the age of 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult. No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the pitch standing areas.

No. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to Wembley Stadium. No one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium.  Non ticket holders will be moved on.

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station – This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium – located around 400m (4-minute-walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services.

Wembley Central station – Located around 8 minutes away, this station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations.

Wembley Park station – Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9-minute walk) this station is served by Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.
