Grammy-winning global superstar Bruno Mars brings his The Romantic Tour to Wembley Stadium connected by EE this month for six headline shows under the arch.

We want everyone to enjoy the shows safely and securely.

Please avoid crowd surfing, sitting on shoulders, heavy moshing, slam dancing or any aggressive or risky behaviour which could endanger other concertgoers.

Anyone failing to adhere to the above will be removed.

Please ensure you hydrate regularly and appropriately. Wembley Stadium has free water stations on all levels of the stadium.

Fans will be able to purchase official Bruno Mars merchandise from a range of locations around Wembley Stadium. Merchandise outlets will be situated along Olympic Way, on the external stadium concourse and at kiosks throughout the stadium bowl.

The merchandise units on Olympic Way will open from 11:00 and trade until the start of the show. External concourse locations at Turnstiles B, D and P will operate from 14:00 (13:30 on Sunday 19 July) until 30 minutes after the show finishes. Merchandise kiosks inside the stadium will open from 17:00 (16:30 on Sunday 19 July) and remain open for 30 minutes after the show.

Please note that all merchandise locations are cashless.

With warm weather expected at this week’s shows:

Guests will be allowed to enter the stadium with soft clear plastic bottles up to  500ml. There is no need to empty the bottles or remove the tops. These can then be refilled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside.

We also ask all guests coming to Wembley Stadium this week to:

 

•            Stay hydrated

•            Take regular breaks in shaded areas

•            Wear sun cream (Bottles 200ml or smaller are permitted as long as it is in a PLASTIC bottle only. No metal or pressurised cannisters are permitted)

•            Use the free water fountains available on all levels of the stadium including the pitch area

•            Dress accordingly. Wear loose, breathable clothing and consider head covering / hat.

Guests attending the show are also reminded:

 

•            Doors for all general admission and hospitality guests open at 17:00. Do not arrive too early to avoid waiting outside in the sun.

•            Avoid consuming too much alcohol. Stay hydrated with water.

•            Travel light. Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy with no bags over the size of A4 allowed.

•            There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. We also now have free water points on the external concourse area of the stadium. They are located between turnstiles G&F, J&H, M&N and B&C.

•            Adhere to the advice on screens and information points around the stadium.

•            Free sun cream is available from all our information points inside the stadium.

Situated on the East side of the stadium is our food and drink zone where concert goers can join fellow fans to soak up the pre-show atmosphere prior to entering the stadium.

The East Village Fan Zone will be open from 15:00 and close at 19:00 (alcohol sales stop at 18:30) on all dates except for Sunday 19 July when it will open from 14:30 and close at 18:30 (alcohol sales stop at 18:00).

You will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter, and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policy also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone.

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

Flashing lights, pyrotechnics and effects will be used during the performance. Guests who may be sensitive to these effects should take this into consideration before attending.

There are currently no planned disruptions to either rail or road travel. Should this change, we will keep you updated.

Since 2022 Brent Council, and its partners, have enforced a no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for ALL events at Wembley Stadium. This is part of the current Public Spaces Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and the surrounding streets for any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.

The following articles must not be brought within the ground:

  • All cameras except cell phones. This includes all point-and-shoot cameras, large-bodied cameras, professional cameras & recording devices (this applies to cameras that have interchangeable lenses)
  • Unlicensed musical instruments: trumpets, drums, and other devices capable of causing a disturb-ance or nuisance, including vuvuzelas & megaphones.
  • Flag poles greater than 1m in length

  • Bottles, Glass Vessels (including Perfume bottles)

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks inside the stadium will require card or contactless payments only.

Drinks are allowed in the standing area but they must be decanted into a plastic cup beforehand. No bottles are allowed in the standing section. Free water will be available from water points at the side of the pitch.

There are free water points on all levels of the stadium, including the pitch. Please make sure to keep hydrated at the show.

We now have free water points on the external concourse area of the stadium. They are located between turnstiles G&F, J&H, M&N and B&C.

Empty soft-plastic bottles are fine to bring into the stadium (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance), these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium.

Metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

All purchased food and drink can be taken inside the stadium bowl.

Standing guests will need to decant all drinks into a cup before they can enter the pitch. No bottles are allowed (including water) in the standing area.

You cannot bring food or drink from the outside into the stadium with the exception of a small plastic bottle to refill inside. (Max size 500ml and must be empty on entrance).

Yes, we do issue bag exemptions for medical reasons. These must be submitted via our customer support portal in advance of the show.

There are two Changing Places units in the stadium, located on Level 1 at Block 104 and Level 5 at Block 552. If you require access, please speak to a member of the Customer Engagement team.

If you are lost, anxious, feeling unwell or just need help then please find your nearest steward who will be able to assist. We also have Customer Service information points on every level of the stadium where you can speak to a member of our team.

No one under the age of 5 is allowed into the stadium for this event. Anyone between the age of 5-14 must be accompanied by an adult. No one under the age of 14 is permitted in the pitch standing areas.

No. Anyone without a ticket should not travel to Wembley Stadium. No one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium.  Non ticket holders will be moved on.

The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance. We work closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium’s security protocols meet the highest standards.

Getting to Wembley

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station – This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium – located around 400m (4-minute-walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services.

Wembley Central station – Located around 8 minutes away, this station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations.

Wembley Park station – Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9-minute walk) this station is served by Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.
