Members who've purchased e-tickets to England v Bulgaria on Saturday 7 September can now download their tickets from their account on TheFA.com/tickets.

In the past, PDF tickets were emailed directly to ticket buyers for them to print off at home. Since September 2018, a new procedure has been in place whereby a ticket buyer login to their account on TheFA.com/tickets and manage their bookings directly. 

Managing your England v Bulgaria e-tickets

• If you're the lead booker / ticketbuyer, sign in to your account on TheFA.com/tickets using your FAN number and password. 
  
  
• Click on your name on the top right hand corner of the ticketing homepage.
• Under 'My Orders' you'll be able to view the tickets you've purchased for upcoming games and print them off (if you've chosen to receive e-tickets). Please be aware that you can only print off England match tickets when the ticket status shows as 'available'. 
• To print all your tickets, select 'Print All'.
• By selecting one ticket at a time you'll have the option to print it off individually or forward it on to someone else via email. You'll need to have their email address to hand as these are not stored on your account.
• If you have an iPhone 6 or above you'll have the option to add it to your Apple Wallet. To do this you'll need to login to your account on TheFA.com/tickets on your Apple device in order to add it directly to your wallet. You will not be able to add a ticket to your Apple Wallet if you're accessing the tickets on a non-Apple device

To avoid having to go to the ticket office to obtain printed copies of your tickets and therefore potentially missing the start of the match, it is important that you print off your tickets or add them to your Apple Wallet before arriving at Wembley Stadium on matchday. 

If you have chosen to receive printed tickets for England v Bulgaria, these are still being dispatched. As further tickets for this fixture have been released, postal tickets can arrive up to 2-3 days before the fixture.
