What does the Corporate Box package include?
Corporate Boxes are available in 8, 12 or 20 seat sizes. They can be purchased on 3, 5, 7 or 10 year terms and include tickets to all public events at Wembley Stadium.

What other benefits does the Corporate Box include?
Further benefits include:
exclusive fast track entrance with lifts and escalators direct to your Corporate Box level.
A complimentary Charter Train Service is available from London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street stations, which will bring you and your guests directly into Wembley Stadium Station, only a short walk from the Stadium (further details available on request).
Parking benefits (one car park pass per four guests), access to the exclusive Club Wembley concourse and match day programmes for certain designated matches.

What amenities does the box have?
All boxes have the following as standard:
dining table and chairs to accommodate all guests, casual lounge furniture with coffee and side tables, fully equipped servery kitchen shared between 2 boxes, bar area with fridge, TV (terrestrial & cable/digital), telephone, fully fitted restroom with mirror, soap dispenser, towels etc.
Crockery, cutlery, glassware, ashtrays, flower vase, cloak rail and hangers.

What will my seat be like?
All Corporate Box match seating is situated on an outdoor balcony. The seat is wider than the general admission seats in the stadium. It is padded, with armrests and also has cup holders for your added comfort.

How are Corporate Boxes allocated?
The box location will be allocated generally on a first come first served basis. When you receive your Licence Agreement for signature you will have been allocated a specific Corporate Box.

What if I do not like my Corporate Box location?
If there are any remaining positions within your corporate box size band, then we will try to offer you an alternative.

What kind of catering is included?
A variety of menu and bar options are available for service in your box. You are able to pre-book this through the Club Wembley dedicated members' website or your Club Wembley Account Manager on an event-by-event basis.

What provisions will be made for parking and getting to the stadium?
You will receive one car park pass for every four seats i.e. 8 seat boxes get 2 car park passes.
If you prefer to come by taxi, there will be a drop off point right outside the VIP entrance. From the VIP entrance you will be able to take a lift or an escalator.

Can I use my box on a non-event day?
Yes, by prior arrangement with Club Wembley, you will be able to use your box on days where there are no events taking place at the stadium for example for meetings, product launches etc.

What time will I be able to access my box on event day?
By prior arrangement with Club Wembley, you will be able to access your box before and after an event. For example, you could host a meeting in your box on the day of an event and then stay to watch the event.

How do I pay for my Box?
The season begins each year on 1st August and the season fee is due two months before the beginning of every season. If you join Club Wembley after 1st August your season fee will be worked out based upon the approximate number of events for which you are eligible. You can pay by credit card (with the exception of Diner's Club) cheque, bank draft, bank transfer, American Express Charge Card or Switch. Payment is due within twenty-eight days of receipt of your invoice.

Is VAT payable?
Yes, VAT is chargeable on the season fees.

Will I receive a reminder of payment?
Yes, payment requests will be sent to you in advance of payment due dates.

What if I do not want to use my corporate box for an event I am entitled to?
If you do not want to attend a particular event, you can allow someone of your choice to use it instead, provided you give your tickets away (no money, service or benefit in kind may be given in return).
If you prefer to sell your box for an event, then you can ask Club Wembley to do this on your behalf. Assuming that Club Wembley can sell the box, you will receive the proceeds less an administrative fee of 15% of the amount received.
Please note that if tickets are given away, as the Club Wembley member you will remain responsible for the actions of the person(s) using your tickets on the day (including for any inappropriate behaviour or if the tickets are subsequently sold contrary to Club Wembleys terms).

Why can't I sell my box?
Your Licence Agreement prohibits you from selling your box except through the Club Wembley re-sale mechanism.

Will I get the same box for concerts?
Yes, unless circumstances simply do not permit it. For example, if the stage configuration for a concert would mean that your view would be obscured. In that instance you would be offered best available alternative seats in the stadium.

Can I bring additional guests?
No, you may only bring the number of people that your box is designed to hold.
However, you may be able to purchase an additional box or additional Club Wembley seats if there are seat holders who do not wish to attend and who wish to sell their tickets.

When will I receive my ticket for each event?
Tickets will be posted to the box holder in advance of the event.

Can I customise my box?
All boxes have certain fit-out options included in the price. There will also be a range of other fit-out options which can be implemented at your cost. You should discuss this with your Club Wembley Account Manager.

Will I be able to invite guests with mobility requirements to my box?
Yes, all boxes are accessible for wheelchair users and guests with other mobility requirements. If you will be inviting a wheelchair user for an event we would need to know in advance as 2 seats need to be removed to accommodate each wheelchair.
If you envisage this being a frequent occurrence then you should discuss this with your Club Wembley Account Manager at the time of your application.
