The Football League reaches an exciting climax in the last bank holiday weekend in May, when the Play-Off Finals take place. Teams finishing in the Play-Off places in the Championship and Leagues 1 and 2 will play a semi-final over two legs to determine who will play in the Finals at Wembley.

Last year's League 2 Play-Off Final was won by Bristol Rovers who beat Shrewsbury Town 3-1 to be promoted to League 1.

Semi-Final first leg:
Darlington 2 Rochdale 1
Wycombe 1 Stockport 1

Semi-Final second leg:
Rochdale v Darlington - Saturday 17th May
Stockport v Wycombe - Saturday 17th May
