The Football Conference season reaches an exciting climax at Wembley on Sunday 18th May as two teams battle it out for promotion to the Football League.
Semi Final first leg
Exeter City 1 Torquay United 2
Burton Albion 2 Cambridge United 2
Semi Final second leg
Torquay United 1 Exeter City 5 - Exeter City win 5-3 on aggregate
Cambridge United 2 Burton Albion 1 - Cambridge United win 4-3 on aggregate
The winning team will join Aldershot in League 2 next season after they confirmed their automatic promotion by comfortably winning the Conference.
Last year's Conference Play-Off Final, the first to be held at the new Wembley, was won by Morecambe who beat Exeter City 2-1.
Of all the former Conference clubs now in the Football League, Colchester United are the most successful after they were promoted to the Championship in 2006.
