The Football League reaches an exciting climax in the last bank holiday weekend in May, when the Play-Off Finals take place. Teams finishing in the Play-Off places in the Championship and Leagues 1 and 2 will play a semi-final over two legs to determine who will play in the Finals at Wembley.

Last year's Championship Play-Off Final was won by Derby County who beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 to be promoted to the Premier League.

Semi-Final first leg:
Crystal Palace 1 Bristol City 2
Watford 0 Hull 2

Semi-Final second leg:
Bristol City 2 Crystal Palace 1 - Bristol City won 4-2 on aggregate
Hull 4 Watford 1 - Hull won 6-1 on aggregate
