Quintain owns 55 acres of land surrounding the Stadium, after the purchase of Wembley London Limited. The estate includes Wembley Arena and the land on which the Wembley Conference and the Exhibition Centre once stood. It is currently redeveloping the area using top quality design and a masterplan by the renowned Richard Rogers Partnership. The design is based around two new public spaces for London, connected by a public boulevard lined with ground floor shops, restaurants and community facilities.
