Returns Policy
You may return any item to us within 14 days in its original condition and packaging for a refund. Please note delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Returns for personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.
In the first instance please contact the Retail Manger on Wembley.store@wembleystadium.com or +44 (0) 208 795 9077 within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To return items please include the completed returns slip. Refunds will be processed (subject to goods being received in a satisfactory condition) and applied to the card used for purchase within 28 days.
Please note: For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept any responsibility for goods not received.
If you require an exchange we will be happy to provide this for you subject to delivery charges. Please include details on the returns slip.
