The Wembley Stadium Tour creates a wealth of exciting and inspiring learning and discovery opportunities for children and students. Wembley compliments many aspects of the school curriculum for learners of all ages.

Creative Writing

A tour can be used as a starting point for all aspects of creative writing, including recounts and information texts, guaranteed to inspire even the most reluctant writers.

Maths And Statistics

Learners will be amazed by the mind blowing wealth of numerical data on offer as they learn all of the facts and figures about this unique building.

Science

Science lessons can be brought to life as your pupils discover what actually holds up the roof and how the groundsmen cheat nature to help ensure the grass on the pitch grows.

Geography students can learn about what Wembley Stadium is doing to ensure the Stadium is both sustainable and has a positive impact on local community.

From a historical and cultural point of view, Wembley has an incredibly rich and unique heritage, originally built in 1923 as the centre piece of the British Empire Exhibition, pupils can learn how events at the stadium have played a key part in modern history.

The building of Wembley, as a high profile project, design and construction project can also be incorporated into lessons in engineering and design.

Education Questionnaires and Certificates

Tour guides can arrange for Education Questionnaires to be incorporated as part of your school/group visit. Teachers can download questionnaires at their leisure. At the end of the tour, students will be rewarded for their efforts with a special certificate.
