100 Days To Rugby League World Cup 2013

The Rugby League World Cup is coming to Wembley

Thursday 18 July marks 100 days exactly until the Opening Ceremony under the roof at the Millennium Stadium on October 26, an event already tipped to be “the greatest show Rugby League has ever seen”.

The pageantry is followed by two epic RLWC2013 encounters that are certain to ensure a memorable start to the year’s biggest global sporting event.

England tangle with arch-enemies Australia in a match that always means more than just competition points, while co-hosts Wales square-off against European rivals Italy.

Following their poor showing at last year’s Olympics, their defeat to the Lions down under, and their current struggles against England in the Ashes, Tim Sheens’ men will be desperate to claim a scalp for Australia against "the mother country".

It promises to be an unforgettable day of sporting entertainment for all the family and you can be there for as little as £20 for adults and £10 for children.

It’s a small price to pay to witness world class sport, and to be a part of only the eighth major World Cup to take place on British soil.

To celebrate the passing of this monumental milestone in our countdown to RLWC2013, the tournament organizers are giving away a signed England rugby shirt and a signed Australia rugby shirt, both fully autographed by the squads of players.

To be in with a chance of winning, find and ‘Like’ Rugby League World Cup 2013 on Facebook, and ‘Tag’ yourself in the image of the shirt you’d most like to get your hands on.

The competition closes on August 21 – 100 days before the Rugby League World Cup 2013 Final at Old Trafford on November 30.

Don’t miss your chance to win one of these exclusive signed rugby shirts, and make sure you BE THERE at RLWC2013.
