Eagles @ Jaguars

THE EAGLES SOAR PAST THE JAGS IN FRONT OF YET ANOTHER RECORD CROWD AT WEMBLEY STADIUM.

Jacksonville Jaguars 18 – 24 Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles soared to victory at a very Autumnal Wembley Stadium as they ended the Jacksonville Jaguars winning streak in London.

The third and final match of the 2018 London games series was a close affair, with the defensive units of both teams putting in very solid displays. However the difference today appeared to be the Eagles quarterback & man of the match, Carson Wentz.

Wentz grew in to the game and led his team by example, and early in the second half he ducked away from an onrushing Campbell at the last second to avoid a sack and then powered the Eagles on to a 95 yard drive.

The Jags were up against it from the start as the largely neutral crowd seemed to be behind the Eagles from the first whistle,  and it always seemed that the Eagles would hold on to win the game.

This was the third consecutive NFL game at Wembley Stadium, and for the second time this series another record attendance was set as 85, 870 people were inside Wembley to watch last years NFL Champions soar to victory.

Man of the match: Carson Wentz

Attendance: 85, 870.
